The Sony DSC-HX5V camera has a 10* optical zoom capability with the G-lens that has a wide angle of 25mm to 250 mm as well as a 3 inch LCD screen for both video and image viewing. While the Sony DSC-TX7 camera has a 4x optical lens with a wide angle of 25mm to 100mm not forgetting the 3.5 inch LCD screen which is has touchscreen features. Other unique features that are found on the cameras are a GPS navigational system and an optical steady shot. In March the Sony DSC-HX5V camera will be out, selling at $350 while the DSC-TX7 will be out in colors such as blue, silver and red in February.
